Products purchased will be couriered via Standard Shipping service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia, and 3-7 business day for East Malaysia (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation. Please note that our delivery is 3-5 working days for West Malaysia, 3-7 working days for East Malaysia with exceptions of additional 3 working days during the Holiday period.

After your purchase is complete and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also view your shipment status at any time by logging in your tracking code on Pos Malaysia’s official website.

Please note us at skinned.co@gmail.com within 14 working days if you still do not receive your parcel after you receive an email containing your tracking information for our investigation.

Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Selangor using EasyParcel platform via Ninja Van, GDex and DHL eCommerce. We charge a shipping rate starting from RM7.90 (West Malaysia) and RM12.50 (East Malaysia) for 0-500g.

1. What type of skin is the most suitable?
Although the serum purposely made for people with sensitive skin, we are proud to say that any other skin type is safe to use the serum as well, since it only contained natural ingredients!

2. Can I use it under makeup?
Yes, boo! “Lock & Stay!” Rice Serum can be used under makeup and any other products. This will also help you to prevent having dry skin. But, do give time for the serum to perfectly absorb to your skin as it takes time

3. What is the consistency of the serum?
Since “Lock & Stay!” Rice Serum is water based, it has a lightweight and runny consistency, that does not leave a sticky residue.

4. Do I apply the serum before or after heavy cream?
It is advisable to apply our serum after a water-based moisturizer but before heavy cream (e.g Vitamin E cream or any oil-based liquid). That is the right way to use a serum!
